Start with how you cook. If you're feeding a family through the week, go for a pack with a mix of mince, chicken and something for the weekend. If you're training or watching what you eat, the lean packs keep it simple. Planning a barbecue? The BBQ packs give you a bit of everything for the grill.
Every pack page lists exactly what's included and the price, so there are no surprises on the doorstep. If you want something tweaked, add a note to your order or give us a ring — that's the point of having a butcher rather than a supermarket shelf.

- Every pack page lists what goes in it, along with the price. If you want something swapped or a cut prepared a certain way, add a note or ring us before you order.
- Which pack should I choose?
- For a household that cooks most nights, a family pack is the usual starting point. For lean protein, look at the gym and lean packs. Not sure? Our pack finder asks a few quick questions, or just ring Anthony.
- Where do you deliver meat packs?
- Across North East towns and villages, as far west as Hexham. Our where-we-deliver page lists the areas, or send us your postcode.
- How do I pay for a meat pack?
- Pay on delivery, cash or card. Nothing is charged online.
- Can I freeze the meat?
- Most fresh meat freezes well if it goes in the freezer soon after delivery, well wrapped. Check any label on the pack and ask us if you're unsure about a particular cut.
