How Christmas ordering works
Christmas is the one order of the year most families want to get right, so we keep it simple and personal. Tell us what you're planning — how many you're feeding and what sort of thing you're after — and we'll talk it through with you properly rather than leaving you to guess.
Once you're happy with the plan, a £20 deposit secures your Christmas order. That deposit isn't an extra cost: it's redeemable against the final balance, so it comes off what you pay when you get your order.

A butcher's advice on planning Christmas meat
- Count the heads first. Work out how many you're actually feeding on the day, then add the ones who "might pop in". It's easier to plan around a real number than a rough guess.
- Think about the days after. Half the joy of Christmas dinner is what you do with it on Boxing Day. Plan for leftovers rather than being caught short.
- Check your fridge space. A big Christmas order needs somewhere cold to live. Have a clear-out before it lands.
