How it works
- 1. Tell us what you're planning and roughly what meat you're after.
- 2. We'll talk it through honestly — what we can prepare, and what we can't.
- 3. If we can help, we'll cut and prepare it by hand and get it to you chilled.
We don't offer catering, chefs, menus or on-the-day service — just proper butcher-prepared meat.
